REMOTE ASSISTANCE
Dino-Lite microscopes come with free technical support. In many cases, performing a remote assistance is the most convenient way to troubleshoot an issue. Dino-Lite technical support uses RealVNC to perform remote assistance. Speaking to a representative before connecting is required to ensure they have permission to access your computer. Downloading and installing the RealVNC file is required to perform the connection.
