How to request Remote Assistance

Dino-Lite microscopes come with free technical support. In many cases, performing a remote assistance is the most convenient way to troubleshoot an issue. Dino-Lite technical support uses GoToAssist to perform remote assistance. Speaking to a representative before connecting is required to ensure they have permission to access your computer. Downloading and installing the GoToOpener file is required to perform the connection.

2 Click on Remote Assistance

Remote assistance can be accessed by the Support drop down menu
or directly at Remote Assistance

3 Type your name and Connect
Enter your first name in the text field and click Connect

4 Launch GoTo Opener
Open the GoTo Opener. Depending on your browser the prompt may look different.

5 User Account Control
Click Yes if the User Account Control prompt appears
6 Start Screen Sharing
Close any private, sensitive, or confidential information before clicking OK
