How to request Remote Assistance
Dino-Lite microscopes come with free technical support. In many cases, performing a remote assistance is the most convenient way to troubleshoot an issue. Dino-Lite technical support uses GoToAssist to perform remote assistance. Speaking to a representative before connecting is required to ensure they have permission to access your computer. Downloading and installing the GoToOpener file is required to perform the connection.

Technicians are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific.
|2 Click on Remote Assistance
||Remote assistance can be accessed by the Support drop down menu
or directly at Remote Assistance
|3 Type your name and Connect
||Enter your first name in the text field and click Connect
|4 Launch GoTo Opener
||Open the GoTo Opener. Depending on your browser the prompt may look different.
|5 User Account Control
||Click Yes if the User Account Control prompt appears
|6 Start Screen Sharing
||Close any private, sensitive, or confidential information before clicking OK
