The Dino-Lite Edge AF4115T-GRFBY digital microscope is optimized for research and viewing objects involving fluorescent objects using 2 different sets of LED’s, 4 Blue LEDs at an excitation of 480nm and 4 Yellow LEDs at an excitation of 575nm which are switchable through the software, and emission at 510nm/610nm.
This model was designed for applications in which GFP and RFP such as mCherry are being used in the same specimen, eliminating the need to switch microscopes and/or lighting and filters but also effective in dsRed applications. The AF4115T-GRFBY can magnify up to 220x magnifications depending of working distance. Green fluorescent objects pop out under this handheld microscope and you can clearly see its green glow.
