Enable or Disable Advanced Settings in DinoCapture 2.0 using the DC20.ini File
Users can make changes to the most common DinoCapture 2.0 settings from within the software, however, some advanced settings can only be enabled/disabled by editing a configuration file called “DC20.ini” located inside DinoCapture’s “Digital Microscope” folder. Follow the steps below to make changes to this file:
- Close DinoCapture 2.0
- Navigate to: “C:\Users*Username*\Documents\Digital Microscope\Setting”
- Open the file named “DC20.ini” in a text editor (i.e. Notepad).
- Locate and edit the settings of your choice.
- Save changes and close your text editor.
- Relaunch DinoCapture.
