Dino-Lite does not turn on and device manager reports error code 10.

If the Dino-Lite is connected using a USB hub or USB extension cable, try connecting directly to the computer. Finally, try using the Dino-Lite on a different computer. If the Dino-Lite works in one USB port but not another, likely the USB port is damaged or the connection is lose.
