Why do I see a “verified apps only” error message in Windows?

Problem

Windows prevents the installation of DinoCapture 2.0 and shows a prompt:

“Your PC’s settings only let it install verified apps from the Store”

Solution

  1. Click on your Windows Start menu.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Click Apps.
  4. Under “Choose where to get apps” click the dropdown arrow to see the options.
  5. Choose: Allow apps from anywhere: This means you can install any apps from any source.
