  • Please describe your application in as much detail as possible. Include information about your specimen such as dimensions and materials and any desired product specifications such as magnification range, working distance, connectivity, operating system, etc.

  • We can fix most technical issues over the phone without needing you to send in your Dino-Lite. Please contact us for technical support first. If we have determined already that a return is needed, please complete and return an RMA form.
