All Dino-Lite microscopes include a 2-year warranty. All Dino-Lite accessories include a 1-year warranty. Dino-Lite US offers direct support for all Dino-Lite products. Technical support is US-based and 100% free.
Shipping courier may vary at our discretion (Dino-Lite US will select a shipping speed and ETA that will be similar or faster). You will receive an invoice and tracking information once your order is processed. All orders are shipped from one of our regional US based warehouses.
The recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, and other customs charges assessed by the importing country.
Dino-Lite US offers a 30-day return or exchange period on standard purchases. If you have any issue with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to get it sorted out.
Special/Custom Model orders are non-refundable. A custom model is a product that is not normally in-stock; has special/modified/custom features, and is Special Ordered from Dino-Lite. For these models, all sales are final. These special orders require at least a 2-week lead time.
